How soon do i get the offer?
Once you submit your home for an offer, we'll run the numbers immediately if within business hours, give you a call and move from there. Please note offer will be extended contingent upon an inspection. Upon accepting the offer, you have the opportunity to close in as little as 21 days..
What happens when i don't like the offer?
We very much love a win win situation for both parties so we do our best to achieve this. But if we don't come to an agreement, then we wish you a better offer along the way.
